Rest, Guaranteed
Deep beds, blackout drapes, quiet hours from ten — if anything disturbs your sleep, the night is on us.
Lakeside rooms, villas & spa
Seventeen years of unhurried hospitality on the water — grand where it counts, gentle everywhere else.
Cedarmere began as a twelve-room lakeside inn built by the Harlow family. Three extensions later it is a grand hotel in the ways that matter — generous rooms, serious dining, a real spa — while check-in still feels like being welcomed into someone's home.
Half of our team has been here over a decade. Many of our guests have too — returning each season to the same terrace table, the same window seat, the same view.

Deep beds, blackout drapes, quiet hours from ten — if anything disturbs your sleep, the night is on us.
Early check-in, late checkout, anniversary surprises — our team is trusted to say yes first.
Menus follow the morning market, the spa uses botanicals from our own garden, and every room faces the water.
Lake fish in the morning, tasting menus at night. Our kitchen works with eleven nearby farms, bakes its own bread at dawn, and pours a cellar of regional wines. Breakfast on the terrace is included with every stay.
Open daily 7:00 — 22:30
Six treatment rooms, a cedar sauna and a herb garden you can wander before your massage. Signature rituals use warm stones, lake salt and botanical oils blended on site.
Treatments daily 9:00 — 20:00
A 24-hour fitness studio, sunrise yoga on the deck in summer, and five kilometres of marked lakeside trail starting at our front steps. Mats, towels and guided sessions are always included.
Plan Your Visit"We built Cedarmere the way we like to be hosted — remembered, unhurried, and always near the water."
